I am trained as a 200 Hour Certified yoga instructor and offer private yoga sessions geared towards emotional health and body awareness. My trauma-sensitive approach is helpful for individuals recovering from trauma or addictive behaviors, anxiety, depression and anyone looking to strengthen self-awareness.

Yoga is a profound practice that can help deepen connection, increase comfort in the body, and promote healthier relationships.

By exploring our thoughts, body sensations, movement and breath in a curious and compassionate way, we can start to have more clarity around the negative patterns that keep us feeling stuck. This mindful exploration can help create a greater sense of freedom and flexibility.

I offer a gentle experience to enhance authentic curiosity to support radical shifts in your perception. Curiosity is a powerful antidote to fear. It helps us create a friendlier relationship with the present moment while discovering fundamental answers.

“The core of your true self is never lost. Let go of all the pretending and the becoming you’ve done just to belong. Curl up with your rawness and come home. You don’t have to find yourself; you just have to let yourself in.” -d. Antoinette foy
